Meet Our Director
Hello everyone, my name is Tonya Scott, and I am the director of Magnolia Ridge Child Development Center. I am a highly experienced and passionate childcare professional with 25 years of dedication to the field of early childhood education. As the director of Magnolia Ridge, I have built a reputation for fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn and grow.
I received my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. With a deep understanding of child development and an unwavering commitment to excellence, I have successfully overseen all aspects of daycare operations, including curriculum development, staff leadership, and creating strong partnerships with families. I have created a great bond with my staff.
In my free time I enjoy reading, painting, and watching great series or movies. I have been married to my husband for 30 years and we have one daughter who is a high school Biology teacher. I have two dogs who I love tremendously. My passion for nurturing young minds and guiding a team of dedicated caregivers continues to shape a brighter future for generations to come.
